Job Title: Automotive Technician Job Summary: As an Automotive Technician at Clay Subaru, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced professionals who value collaboration, integrity, and superior customer service. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with precision and efficiency. Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety. Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Communicate effectively with service advisors to explain necessary repairs and maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with dealership standards. Stay updated on Subaru vehicle technology and manufacturer guidelines through ongoing training. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering timely and high-quality repairs. Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (Subaru experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. Ability to use diagnostic tools, computer systems, and repair manuals. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
