Portland, Maine: A respected physician-owned and physician-led multi-specialty group seeks a skilled Endocrinologist to help grow and shape its specialty services at its flagship Portland location. This practice includes more than 100 physicians serving over 90,000 patients across southern Maine, with a strong focus on patient-centered, coordinated care.This is an outpatient-focused position offering meaningful clinical work in a collaborative, physician-led environment. You will manage a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and adrenal/pituitary conditions, with access to advanced diagnostic tools including continuous glucose monitoring, thyroid ultrasound, and fine needle aspiration.The group supports clinical innovation, quality improvement initiatives, and optional inpatient teaching, with a strong emphasis on physician input and satisfaction. Physicians enjoy modern facilities, an AI-enhanced EMR, and a collegial workplace culture. As the practice continues to expand its Endocrinology services, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the program within a highly collaborative multispecialty environment, working closely with a large internal referral base and specialists across the organization to provide inclusive care for shared patients.This is a full-time position (40 hours) with a convenient weekday schedule, including Wednesdays reserved for administrative time.
