Advisor is responsible for all aspects of internal and external
sales and marketing of our Senior Living Community. This position
develops and executes a quarterly marketing overview, as well as a
monthly marketing plan. The Senior Advisor (Director of Sales)
evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies. This position
develops relationships with families and client prospects within
the community and referral sources. Qualifications We require a
minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing
process in Senior Living Sales. Must have a proven ability to close
sales. Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work
as a team with internal departments. We require exceptional
customer service skills. Qualified candidates must exhibit an
up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor. If you
