Cumberland Farms, fondly known as 'Cumby's,' invites dedicated leaders to join our vibrant team as a Store Manager. This role requires a dynamic professional to oversee our fast-paced storefronts that offer a diverse range of products from groceries to gasoline. As a Store Manager at Cumby's, you will be tasked with maintaining our brand's commitment to convenience and high-quality customer service, managing store operations efficiently, and leading our team to meet and exceed our sales targets. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards. Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of staff. Maintain inventory accuracy and order stock to optimize sales and satisfy customer demands. Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are maintained throughout the store. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Implement promotions, visual merchandising standards, and retail strategies. Leadership and team management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in retail management software and POS systems Ability to handle multiple tasks and make quick decisions Understanding of inventory management and financial reporting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k Certifications in Retail Management, Customer Service, or similar are preferred but not required.
