Job description:
The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance and repairs as scheduled or required in order to attain maximum productivity and functionality in plant operations.
The employee in this role must have strong communication, observational, and operational skills with a focus on safety.

Essential Duties and Other Responsibilities:
Responsibly follow all procedures & policies with regard to repairs & maintenance
Responsible to complete assigned tasks and projects in a highly effective, efficient, and safe manner
Ability to notify Maintenance Supervisor of any mechanical problems and assist with any repairs
Experience with applied skills in plumbing and electrical
Experience with steam boilers, air compressors and water heaters

Projects and tasks may include, but are not limited to :
Industrial equipment repair and/or maintenance
Construction type tasks (painting, patching holes, etc.)

Shifts:
Night Shift - 4P - 2A (some weekends, holidays and extended hours may be required)
Day Shift - 7A - 4P (some weekends, holidays and extended hours may be required)
