Cleveland, OHArrow International has multiple openings and exciting opportunities for a highly motivated individuals to join our team as an experienced FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN in various locations across the states.Now seeking Techs in Concord, NHThe position is focused on servicing and installing Electronic Gaming Equipment at customer sites and venues across the state. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including installation, set-up, maintenance, repair, and calibration of Electronic Gaming Equipment. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who is responsive to customers' needs.### ABOUT OUR ROLE ###The Field Service Technician travels to customer locations to install, maintain and support equipment as well as build and maintain customer relationships by effectively servicing the equipment. He or She listens, understands the needs of the customer, works proactively and efficiently to meet those needs, and provides 5-Star customer service by proactively visiting or calling customers to ensure they are happy with the equipment, process flow, designs, and service.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Installs a wide range of Electronic Gaming Equipment performing required set up procedures, tests, and ensures operational integrity of the equipment to meet quality and outstanding customer experience standards. - Performs preventative review and maintenance of Electronic Gaming Equipment software and hardware at customer sites-venues. - Meets with customers gathers necessary information to effectively identify and diagnose equipment problems. - Works to correct-address equipment and/or functional problems on-site which may include but not be limited to set up, mechanical/software issues, and the like. - Corrects operating system bugs (reporting issues that may be beyond scope of on-site corrections), installs/reinstalls software, and/or replaces mechanical or electronic equipment hardware. - Utilizes technical know-how and repair skills to ensure efficient machine operation as needed. - Reports back on issues, orders, and parts needed. - Trains customer-site representatives on equipment operations, and minor maintenance practices. - Performs customer site audits and evaluations working as part of an overall customer support team and network to help ensure an outstanding overall customer experience. - Adheres to all safety and training protocols.QUALIFICATIONS: - High school, or technical (Electronics) school graduate with equivalent demonstrable experience. May have college course-work, Associates Degree or other, but not required. (This role is more about what you know, electronics capabilities and affinity for the work involved than the academic credentials) - 2 4 years minimum related work experience with electronics and/or electronic equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair including direct experience installing and working with both software and digital electronics hardware (equipment applications). - Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
