*Text for an interview ASAP.**COVID Vaccine Required.**Job description**The Haverhill Pavilion is looking for a Per Diem Receptionist with flexibility to cover day and/or evening shifts as needed.**We are looking for coverage two days per week from 4p-8p and on weekends from either 9a-2p or 2p-8p.**Our Receptionists *play a key role in the facility in providing great communication and customer service to staff members, callers and visitors. We are looking to add a new member to a great team of employees.Scheduling requirements are as follows:1. Must be able to work 2-3 evenings per week(set days) and 1 weekend shift per week (ability for more hours)2. Must be able to work some holidays3. Must be able to work days to fill in for vacations (if needed)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Operate telephone switchboard, route calls, convey messages and provide information to callers as appropriate and as authorized.* Perform reception and information duties. Greet and direct visitors.
