As a Clubhouse Program Director you will oversee a psychiatric
clubhouse designed to empower adults living with psychiatric
conditions and provide a community that is focused on respect,
individual choice and contribution.
Clubhouses offer comprehensive and dynamic supports and services
5-6 days each week to members by combining employment, housing, and
education services with social activities, life skills, wellness
initiatives, arts-based rehabilitation and advocacy for people
recovering from psychiatric conditions.
To ensure that these services are implement effieciently, you
will oversee the operational, financial and administrative
operations of the clubhouse as well as oversee the implementation
of all clubhouse service components and standards.
In additon, you will provide supervision and direction to

Minimum of three years experience in progressively responsible
human services functions; two years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong time management and writing skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US
drivers' license for at least one year.
Must become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of
employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment.
Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state
background and driving record check.
Schedule Mon- Fri 8 AM - 4:30 PM
This position will require some evenings and Saturday hours
