Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the retail and wellness
industry, is seeking a Sr. Data Architect to join their team. As a
Sr. Data Architect, you will be part of the Data & Analytics
department supporting enterprise-wide data strategy initiatives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical
thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully
within the organization. Job Title: Sr. Data Architect Location:
Hampton, New Hampshire (onsite; hybrid schedule with in-office
presence required from Monday to Wednesday, with optional remote
work on Thursday and Friday) Pay Range: $140,000 - $175,000 What's
the Job? Design and maintain a scalable enterprise data
architecture aligned with organizational goals Develop and enforce
data modeling standards, including dimensional, canonical, and
domain-driven models Lead the creation of data governance
frameworks and system-of-record strategies to ensure data quality
and consistency Facilitate architecture and design review boards to
uphold documentation discipline and best practices Collaborate with
data engineering, business intelligence, and governance teams to
implement cloud-native data solutions What's Needed? Extensive
experience designing cloud-native data architectures on AWS, Azure,
or GCP Proficiency with modern data warehouse and lakehouse
platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks Hands-on
experience with ETL/ELT orchestration using Python and Airflow
Infrastructure-as-Code expertise, preferably with Terraform Strong
understanding of performance tuning, cost optimization, and
