MV Transportation, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Information Technology Manager to lead our IT operations and initiatives, ensuring robust and innovative digital support for our transportation services across the U.S. and Canada. The successful candidate will manage our IT infrastructure, oversee the implementation of new technologies, and lead a team of IT professionals to enhance operational efficiencies and drive technological advancement. This role is critical in supporting our mission to deliver reliable and efficient public transportation by optimizing technology and data management solutions. Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, security, development, and user support teams. Develop and implement strategic IT plans that align with company goals and transportation industry standards. Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting of all IT systems and infrastructure. Manage and ensure the effectiveness of security protocols and disaster recovery systems. Collaborate with other department heads to integrate technology solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiencies. Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation. Keep abreast of new trends and innovations in technology that may benefit the company. Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, establishing performance goals and facilitating professional development. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Proficient in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and data management Excellent project management skills and experience Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects Knowledge of the latest technology trends applicable to the transportation industry Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
