Activities Supervisor Create memorable guest experiences while leading a fun and energetic team! We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Activities Supervisor to lead our resort recreation programs and bring unforgettable experiences to life for our guests. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, supervise recreation staff, and help create a lively and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. What You’ll Do Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational activities and events for guests of all ages Encourage guest participation and promote daily activities throughout the resort Deliver outstanding guest service and respond quickly to guest needs or concerns Supervise, train, and support recreation staff to ensure high performance and service standards Assist with team scheduling and help manage coverage when needed Monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with safety regulations Maintain the cleanliness and organization of recreational spaces and equipment Support special events, including setup and operation of basic audio/visual equipment Maintain supplies and equipment used for activities and recreational programming Collaborate with other resort departments to create seamless guest experiences Assist with documentation, safety reporting, and other operational tasks as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of hospitality, recreation, or pool operations experience preferred Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Resort or timeshare experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced guest-focused environment Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences First Aid, CPR, Certified Pool Operator (CPO), preferred Comfortable and capable of safely operating a 14-passenger van Why Join Our Team?
