Maguire Enterprise, an affiliate operator of Crumbl, is hiring one Bakery Operations Lead to run a high?volume bakery like it is your own business. One location. One leader. Compensation & Benefits This full?time salaried leadership role pays $60,000 annually with the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 per month in performance?based bonuses and a $1,000 sign?on bonus after 90 days of employment. Ongoing leadership development and clear advancement opportunities are built into the role. What You Will Own You will run the bakery. You will inspire, train, coach, and lead the team. You will manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, production, food safety, cleanliness standards, and guest experience. You will monitor sales, labor percentage, waste, and profitability and use data to make smart, fast decisions. If the bakery wins, it is because of you. If it struggles, it is on you. This is hands?on leadership, not desk management. Expect to be on the floor, moving quickly, solving problems, and setting the pace for your team every day. Schedule Expectations This is a full?time leadership schedule averaging 45–50 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Leaders show up when the business needs them. One weekend day off every week is guaranteed. Who Thrives Here This role is best for someone who takes ownership, communicates directly, holds others accountable, stays calm under pressure, and wants growth instead of comfort. Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other high?volume environments is preferred. Quick?service or food service leadership experience is a plus, but drive, work ethic, and coachability matter more than titles.
