Overview:
The position of an Customer Service Representative will require the
right candidate to handle a variety of administrative tasks
including customer service issues, and other administrative tasks
as assigned. This position will require an extremely flexible
person with strong inter-personal skills and an outstanding
attitude. In addition, the ideal candidate will have solid computer
and organizational skills. Each candidate should be comfortable
working in a small office environment and have the ability to
interact easily with a variety of personalities.
This is a full time position. Hours are 8am to 5pm Mon through
Friday.
The company reaches five states (Massachusetts, New Hampshire,
Connecticut, Rhode Island and Maine) in the New England region. We
are a primary service provider to hospitality and commercial
companies throughout New England. We are proud to say even with our

personal relationship with every customer.
Position information
The position for a Customer Service Administrator will require the
right candidate to handle a variety of administrative tasks
including customer service issues and other administrative tasks as
assigned. Other requirements include:
? Extremely flexible person with strong inter-personal skills and
an outstanding attitude.
? Solid MS Office computer and organizational skills.
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced small office environment and
can interact easily with a variety of personalities.
? Having experience in a variety of different departments (customer
service, admin, HR, finance) a major plus.
? Ability to deal with upset customers and diffuse difficult
situations
? Ability to multi-task while answering multiple phone lines and
deal with more than one issue at a time.
? Must demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
? 3-5 years Customer Service experience is a MUST
? Call Center experience preferred
? Spanish speaking is a bonus
