JOB SUMMARY NOT REMOTE
The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include
processing all order and return requests in a timely fashion. This
is inclusive of entry, notifications, fulfillment, and payment.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, phone
support, customer service and office administrative support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Execute the review and process (entry) of new order requests,
managing order and order related transactions.
- Enter in all orders the same business day they are received
(Phone, Email, Etc.)
- Be the first front-line support of information for customer
order inquiries, by researching and acknowledging customer
inquiries to resolve issues in a punctual manner
- Interface with customers through phone, fax, and email,
ensuring the best possible customer experience
- Handle and direct incoming calls from customers to assist with
order processing, product questions and service inquiries regarding
ship dates, back orders, replacements, and general service
- Input and track service orders for billing and credit card
- Be available to answer calls between 9 am and 5 pm every
