Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to
join an established outpatient practice Details: - Provide
full-scope primary care services including preventive care, acute
visits, and chronic disease management - Diagnose and treat
patients through comprehensive evaluations, ordering and
interpreting diagnostics, and prescribing medications - Manage
chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and
cardiovascular disease - Deliver patient-centered, equitable, and
compassionate care - Coordinate care across specialties, hospitals,
and ancillary services to ensure continuity and positive outcomes -
Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and care
teams - Educate patients and families to support shared
decision-making - Support teaching, mentoring, and supervision of
