HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with surgical patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. This position requires a compassionate professional who can effectively manage a high-stress environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Assess patients' condition before surgery Ensure that all the necessary surgical supplies are available and sterile Assist surgeons during operations Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery Administer and manage medications as prescribed Provide post-operative care and instructions to patients Maintain accurate patient records and surgical logs In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures Strong ability to function well in a high-pressure environment Excellent teamwork and multi-tasking skills Proficient in using medical software and surgical instruments Strong communication and empathy skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
