Job Description:

Medical-Surgical unit. As a Med Surg RN at HCA Healthcare, you will
be pivotal in providing top-tier patient-centered care at one of
our nearly 2,000 sites. This role requires expertise in managing a
diverse patient population, a high level of adaptability, and a

personally. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent,
or disabled patients in a Medical-Surgical unit. Diagnose and
establish patient treatment plans. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate
patient medical records. Provide advice and emotional support to
patients and their family members. Strong clinical skills in a
medical-surgical setting Proficient in using EMR systems Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a
high-stress, fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in practicing state Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification (preferred)
