HCA Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit to provide critical care to patients with complex medical conditions. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of HCA Healthcare. Monitor patient condition, record patient data and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient recovery. Administer medications, maintain patient hygiene, and assist with daily living activities. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical surgical procedures and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Participate in professional development and pursue continuing education to improve patient outcomes. High proficiency in managing complex ICU equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Adept at quick decision-making under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse licensure in applicable state. BLS Certification required upon hire. ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire.
