Job Description:
As a dedicated RN Medical Surgical Registered Nurse at HCA
Healthcare, you will be integral to our patient-care team,
delivering compassionate care and coordinating treatment in our
fast-paced Med Surg units. This role requires a clear understanding
of managing complex patient cases, multitasking under pressure, and
maintaining a calm demeanor in an evolving healthcare environment.

direct nursing care in accordance with established policies,
procedures, and protocols. Monitor patient condition, document
patient care, and communicate changes to the appropriate team
members. Administer medications accurately, observing patient
response, as per the prescribed plan. Maintain a safe and clean
working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Educate and update patients and their families on
medical conditions and proper care plans. Strong clinical skills in
a medical surgical setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and
managing time efficiently Ability to work well in teams and adapt

in applicable state or eligibility for licensure through
