Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse to join our Intensive & Vascular Care Unit (IVCU).
The selected candidate will deliver exceptional patient care in a
demanding and rewarding environment. As part of our dynamic team,
the IVCU nurse will focus on providing advanced nursing care to
patients with critical vascular conditions. This role requires a
talented individual who is committed to upholding our values of

professional and empathetic service. Assess patients' conditions
and plan and implement patient care plans Provide direct care,
administer medications, and monitor vital signs Collaborate with
multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes Educate
patients and families on management of illnesses and post-treatment
home care needs Document patient care services by charting in
patient and department records Ensure operation of equipment by
completing preventive maintenance requirements Maintain nursing
supplies inventory and place orders for new supplies as needed
Proficiency in all nurse-related tasks and equipment Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and
multi-tasking skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Compassionate and effective leadership Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse license BLS Certified ACLS Certified CCRN certification would
be an advantage
