Registered Nurse (RN) | Endoscopy Location: Salem, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,599 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/19/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Endoscopy RN in Salem, Massachusetts, 01970! Job Title: Endoscopy Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2-3 years required License: Active RN License Certifications: AHA ACLS Certification, BLS, ACLS, SGNA or CBSPD preferred Must-Have: - GI Technician Endoscopy experience - Olympus scope setup - Handling and reprocessing experience Description: Endoscopy RN position available for 40 hours per week. Shift is from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM with one rotating day of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The unit consists of 7 rooms, including 4 for MAC and 3 for Conscious Sedation procedures, with holding and recovery areas. This unit operates on weekdays with on-call responsibilities for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The clinician to patient ratio is 1:1 in procedure rooms and 1:2-3 in the recovery area. The patient population is diverse, with a total bed count of 18 recovery bays and 8 procedural rooms. An average of 60-70 procedures are performed each day. Charting is done using an EMR system. Floating is not required, but rotating shifts may be necessary based on department hours. Certifications required include an active RN license, ACLS certification, with SGNA or CBSPD strongly preferred.
