Job Description:

services, is seeking a compassionate and professional Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This individual will play a
key role in promoting the health and well-being of our patients and
residents, utilizing their clinical expertise to deliver
high-quality care and support. As a Registered Nurse at Exeter
Center, you will work in a supportive environment that values your
skills and dedication to patient care, providing you with the

every day. Assess patient health problems and needs and develop
nursing care plans. Implement nursing care plans and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or
disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention. Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes
in patients' conditions. Operate medical equipment and assist with
patient rehabilitation. Coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Strong
clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proficient in using
healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state
of practice BLS/CPR certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certification preferred
