a regular cadence but would primarily be on a Mon/Wed/ or Fri from
7:30 to 2-3 pm depending on whether or not there were new patient
intakes to complete. No weekends. Job Summary and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse uses the nursing process to
assess, educate, counsel, and supervise patients with heart
disease, the at risk population, the Community, and Hospital
employees regarding exercise, smoking cessation, nutrition, stress
management, and other healthy lifestyle behaviors and supervises
exercise specialists in following the individualized Lifestyle
and/or Disease Management Plan. Takes on resource duties as
requested by Director assisting with daily operation management of
the department. Perform all other duties as assigned. STANDARD I
Job Knowledge/Productivity Completes position responsibilities by
following established guidelines & protocols within the appropriate
time frame. STANDARD II Communication/Interpersonal Skills
Demonstrates good skills in all forms of communication. Works well
with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation. STANDARD III
Education/Development/Initiative Maintains education and
development appropriate for position. STANDARD IV
Hospital/Department Policies & Procedures Adheres to established
hospital and department guidelines & protocols. Supports hospital
mission, vision and values. STANDARD V Position Specific
Performance Criteria/Essential Job Functions Performs position
specific job functions at an acceptable level. What qualifications
you will need: Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30
days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be
obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN) Registered
Nurse for state of NH or compact state licensure Associate Degree
in Nursing At least 1 year telemetry experience Benefits Portsmouth
