We’re currently seeking a Medical Physician to join our amazing team. Details of the Medical Physician opening: Anticipated start date: ASAP Salary Range: $900/day Anticipated duration of assignment: As Needed Anticipated schedule: 8 hour days Enjoy peace of mind knowing you can elect Day One Medical Benefits Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Medical Physician: Willing to accept these specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, etc, or anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension. Option to work ½ days(4-hours) and/or full days(8-hours) One-Time non-treatment C&P exams separation health assessments Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing. No prescribing, no treatment DMA certification available (can get CME credits) – will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified Use of Goniometer required Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Own personal laptop (NO MACs) Training shall be provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report. End product is completion of standardized form(s). Record review is required in most cases Follow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis (addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics) Qualifications for the Medical Physician: MD or DO Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 0-3 years of residency Active and unrestricted full license Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified Clinical experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified Holds a current NP and RN license in state in which employed and practices BLS Submit your resume to us today for consideration of the Medical Physician opening and one of our dedicated recruiters will be in touch within 24 business hours.
