lead a dedicated clinical team to help autistic children thrive! At
ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) , we’re
redefining autism care in a collaborative, clinician-led
environment. We specialize in working with young autistic children
under the age of 6 using a neurodiversity affirming, Naturalistic
Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach to our
clinical services . As a clinical director, you’ll play a key
leadership role in supporting our clinical team to deliver high
quality services to our children and families. About the Role
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations of our Weston clinic, support
and grow a talented team of clinicians , and ensure our services
reflect the gold standard of Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral
Interventions (NDBI) . This role is center-based and focused on
delivering care to children ages 18 months to 6 years. Enjoy a
stable Monday–Friday schedule — no nights, weekends, or travel
required. Responsibilities Oversee Clinic Operations : Manage
clinic day-to-day functions, including ordering supplies,
coordinating maintenance requests, ensuring smooth clinic
operations, and creating a safe, clean space for our clients.
Supervise & Support Clinical Staff: Provide supervision and
training to BCBAs and Behavioral Therapists, ensuring high-quality
service delivery and adherence to neurodiversity affirming, NDBI
methodology. Conduct regular individual and group supervision with
BCBAs. Support Clinical Excellence: Monitor clinical documentation
and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. Provide
supervision to BCBAs as they conduct assessments, create
intervention plans, and deliver high quality parent coaching.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with leadership to assess
staffing and training needs and team development initiatives.
Participate in individual and group supervision with clinical
leadership. Communication: Communicate effectively with the
clinical team and families we serve. Promote a Positive Work

Ph.D. in psychology, special education, communication disorders,
child development or a related field OR Board-Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) with 5 years of clinical experience Experience with
Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (e.g., ESDM,
PRT, JASPER) preferred. Extensive experience working with children
under the age of 6. Commitment to a neurodiversity-affirming
approach to clinical services Experience with clinical leadership
and supervision Experience with insurance-based services and
knowledgeable of insurance billing requirements Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of
behavioral assessment and intervention Proficiency with Microsoft
Office Suite and online file storage systems. ANNA is an equal
