Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics. Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Utilize evidence-based practices to ensure effective patient care. Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment. Support administrative tasks related to patient scheduling and billing. Experience/Qualifications Experience in physical therapy assistance or related healthcare field.
