Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Come join us at
St. Patrick's Manor! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, 303-bed, Short and
Long-term care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters. We are
a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true
home for our residents. Located on lush, manicured lawns and
gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for
easy access to the Mass Pike. We are seeking to hire a Registered
Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN for our Rehab Unit.
$33.68 to $55.87 per hour based on license, experience and shift
differential. Plus ADDITIONAL $3 Shift Diff for Rehab Unit. Shifts
available: 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am. Registered Nurse - RN or
Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Rehab Unit Qualifications: MA RN -
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN License.
Long-Term Care experience preferred. BLS certification. Ability to
work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. PCC
experience a bonus! Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical
Nurse - LPN - Rehab Unit Job Summary: Respond to all staff, family
members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner.
Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement
facility policies and procedures. Interpret existing policies and
procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians.
Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate
corrective action as necessary. Manage shift change reports and
record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up
action. Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to
nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
