Nursing Center, in Manchester, NH is looking for a full time RN
Unit Manager to join our team. Because of our team, we are a 5-star

Experience. Unit Manager – Full Time, 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
We’re looking for an experienced Unit Manager to join our team!
This is a full-time, 40-hour position on 1st shift , with a
supportive schedule that includes: Nursing on-call rotation –
approximately every 7 weeks, with $150 on-call pay MOD (Manager on
Duty) rotation – typically 3–4 times per year Weekend coverage –
when working a weekend day, you’ll get a day off during the week

contribution (after 1 year of employment) Job Responsibilities
include but are not limited to: • Day-to-day coordinator and
24-hour over-sight of the unit. • Monitor resident care by licensed
nurses & LNA’s. • Ensure resident care and documentation is in
compliance with HIPPA, State and Federal regulations for
healthcare. • Ensure physician orders are being followed, monitor
medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is
accurate. • Work collaborative with other departments, assists
ADON, working most closely and under the direction of the Director
of Nurses. • Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to
ensure that care needs are being met • Maintain confidentiality of
all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance •
Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and
the care provided to residents on the assigned unit. Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Long-term care
experience preferred RN with management experience. Must possess
and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with
the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board. All qualified applicants
