Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care Assignment Plaistow, NH Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a patient in Plaistow, New Hampshire. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide one-on-one care to a female patient in their home. Clinician must be skilled in handling epilepsy, TIA's, and cerebral palsy. Pay Rate: Registered Nurse (RN) $44.50/HR Hours: 24 hours 8am-8pm (Saturday & Sunday) Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring. Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed. Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.
