Physical Therapy Assistant Location: New London, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,696 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant Profession: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Specialty: Inpatient/Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years PTA/Physical Therapist Assistant/Aide experience in a Rehab setting required License: New Hampshire Physical Therapist Aide/Assistant license or Compact Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: - Relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting - Current license and certifications Description: Our services and innovative programs encompass a wide variety of conditions, from stroke recovery to orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation. If you're an athlete, we can assist you in getting back to your favorite sport. Our goal is to provide individualized care for a safe and effective recovery in the shortest period of time. Rehabilitation services provide inpatient and outpatient care, including treatment for arthritis, neurological disorders, and post-surgical therapy. We also offer specialized services such as craniosacral therapy, functional capacity evaluations, and gait disturbance treatment. Additional services include lymphedema treatment, occupational therapy for upper extremities, and pelvic therapy for incontinence rehabilitation. We also address speech therapy for language and swallowing disorders, vestibular and balance services, and orthotic fabrications. Our electronic medical records system is EPIC. Please note that any requested time off during the assignment must be documented prior to submission. Requests for time off after submission will not be accepted. No more than five days of requested time off will be considered. Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility will not be considered. A personal vehicle is required for this position. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of application. The facility will not approve scheduling requests after offers have been made. Candidates must provide a supervisory reference from within the past two years of employment. This position requires a commitment to the outlined schedule and responsibilities.
