Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active
registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. A part-time nursing opportunity is available to
support a preschool student with complex medical needs in an
elementary school setting located in Portsmouth, NH. This contract
position is expected to begin mid-February and continue through
June 15, 2026. The nurse will provide specialized care, including
management of an NG tube and seizure monitoring. Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one nursing care to a preschool student with
complex medical requirements - Administer medications and
treatments according to established protocols - Monitor and
document the student's health status and respond to medical
emergencies as needed - Potentially accompany the student on the
bus to and from school to ensure safety - Collaborate with school
staff, healthcare providers, and family members to coordinate care
Qualifications: - Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) preferred;
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates may be considered pending
district approval - Experience with pediatric nursing and complex
medical conditions such as seizure disorders and feeding tubes -
Ability to manage highly specialized medical equipment and maintain
strict protocols - Strong communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively in a school environment Schedule: - Tuesdays and
Thursdays, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This role offers
