details. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment -
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - 2 years CURRENT
PT experience is Required - Doctorate is REQUIRED - Graduate from
an accredited school of Physical Therapy is Required - Previous
Rehab Experience is Required - New Hampshire Physical Therapy
license or compact - Must be uploaded with profile is Required -
Active American Heart Association BLS is Required Assignment
Details - Facility Type: Hospital - Shift: Days - Shift Details:
Monday-Friday - Variable Days - Working Hours: 40 hours - Weekend
Requirement: None - Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient
PT as needed - This facility will not consider any traveler who
resides within 50 miles of facility - Traveler candidate must have
their own vehicle - Requested time off during the course of this
assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload - NO MORE THAN 5
