Key Responsibilities Conduct culturally aware, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, fostering a welcoming environment for individuals from various backgrounds. Deliver customized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to the specific needs and situations of each client, promoting healing and resilience. Create detailed crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and empowerment in their mental health journeys. Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights to improve client care. Ensure prompt completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, maintaining the highest professional standards. Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health care. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related discipline. Possession of a provisional license as required by state regulations. Educational qualifications that lead to or have resulted in professional licensing. A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Dedication to continuous professional development in mental health, including access to free supervision and ongoing education. Willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. A strong commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality. Excellent communication abilities and a knack for building rapport with clients and their families. Effective time management skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
