Key priorities include: Strengthening relationships with community partners and expanding the hospital’s service area and programs to meet evolving regional needs. Leading physician recruitment and development efforts to ensure ongoing access to exceptional clinical talent. Advancing a culture of collaboration, quality, and financial stewardship within an integrated health system. Candidates should bring prior leadership experience as President or senior executive of a community hospital, a record of operational achievement, and the ability to inspire teams through authenticity, communication, and results.
