Job Description:
Care for Patients Across Different Units As a Resource Nurse,
you will provide high-quality care to patients across various units
in the hospital. Our team floats between units to cover staffing
needs and ensure that patients receive consistent and comprehensive
care. You'll support medicine, surgical, hematology/oncology,
orthopedics acute rehab psychiatry units as a Medical/Surgical
Nurse About This Role: This is an exciting opportunity for nurses
who are passionate about providing patient-centered care and
working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. You will be
responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized
care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to
improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct
patient care to individuals across different age groups and medical
conditions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
develop and implement effective treatment plans Maintain accurate
records of patient information and communicate effectively with
