Job Description:
Pain Management Opening in Lancaster, NH Montpelier, VT 66m;
Manchester, NH 116; Portland, ME 118mHours: 24-40 hours
weeklySeeking a Pain Management Physician to provide office-based
pain management services to adult patients. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating
patients with acute and chronic pain conditions using a multimodal
approach. Conduct comprehensive pain evaluations for new and
established patients. Develop individualized treatment plans
incorporating medication management, interventional procedures, and
patient education. Provide counseling on pain management strategies
and certify eligible patients for medical cannabis use. Monitor
medication compliance through Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs
(PDPM) and urine drug screening. Perform trigger point injections,
joint injections, and occipital nerve blocks. Administer epidural
steroid injections, facet blocks, sacroiliac (SI) joint injections,
intercostal blocks, and radiofrequency ablations (including cold
ablation). Utilize ultrasound guidance for precise injection

Malpractice insurance with tail Qualifications Graduate from an
accredited Medical College with a Medical Degree Successful
completion of an approved residency by the Accreditation Council
for Graduate Medical Education, the American Osteopathic
Association, or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of
Canada Fellowship trained in Pain Management Board certified in
Pain Managment ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association
required.25-bed critical access hospital offering medical,
surgical, and intensive care services. In addition, a wide variety
of outpatient services are available, including cardiac and
physical rehabilitation, fully-staffed oncology department, 24-hour
emergency care, a fully equipped laboratory, and an extensive
radiology department. Lancaster, NH Lancaster is home to over 3,200

downtown boutique shops. Considered the gateway to the Great North
