Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school in
Leominster, MA is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to
provide specialized support and interventions for students. This
contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and offers an
opportunity to positively impact student development through
therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive
assessments to evaluate students fine motor, sensory processing,
and functional performance needs. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans targeting student-specific goals.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
support student success. Provide direct therapy services both in
the classroom and in designated therapy areas. Document progress
and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
and regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to
individualized education program (IEP) planning. Qualifications and
Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid
for school-based practice. Experience working with K-12 populations
in educational settings. Knowledge of school-based occupational
therapy interventions and strategies. Strong communication skills
for effective collaboration with staff and families. Ability to
manage caseloads and adapt therapy approaches to diverse student
needs. Location:This role is based in Leominster, Massachusetts,
