call back time - Flexible schedule Description: This position
involves providing support in the cardiovascular operating room.
The tech will be expected to have experience with Cardiac,
Vascular, and Thoracic procedures. Typical procedures include CABG,
valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid endarterectomy, fistula
creation/interventions, VATS, thoracotomy, fem-pop bypass, and
LVAD/RVAD/ECMO procedures. There will be coverage for all vascular
and thoracic procedures. The team consists of a charge nurse and
several RNs during the day shift, along with scrub techs and aides.
The patient ratio is three staff members per OR. Experience with
EMR is required. Candidates without the specified skills will not
be considered for the role. Flexibility and teamwork are essential
qualities for success in this position. Time off requests must be
adhered to in accordance with unit guidelines. There is a call
requirement of one weekend per month and 2-3 weekdays per week.
Travelers will have backup support from RNs when on call, providing
an additional layer of comfort and assistance. The hospital
