group practice with a large referral base /n - Our team includes
four physicians and two dedicated advanced practitioners, eight
registered dietitians, and certified diabetic nurse educators. /n -
Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems
in place that allows you to practice at the top of your license. /n
- Continuous glucose monitoring, management of insulin pumps, AIUM
accredited US guided procedures, prediabetes management and
gestational diabetes program /n - Partners with a well-established,
highly regarded, and accredited multidisciplinary Bariatric Surgery
program within Reliant Medical Group /n - State of the art Epic EMR

or BC in Endocrinology /n - Unlimited Licensure in the state of
Massachusetts /n - Active DEA License /n /n /n /n Preferred
Qualifications /n /n - Experience working within a Team Care model
