Job Description:
Summary:
The competent Nurse practices independently in a similar clinical
setting, providing routine and complex care with long-term planning
ability. Continuously develops skills to manage clinical
contingencies and delegates appropriately to care team members.
Meets leadership competencies, utilizing the nursing
process-----"assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and
evaluation-----"for assigned patients.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social
needs, providing education and resources.
Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for
effects and side-effects.
Documents patient information accurately and assesses learning
needs of patients and families.
Requirements include a BSN preferred, at least 1 year of related
nursing experience, BLS certification, and RN licensure in the
state or via compact license.
This is a full-time position.
