• Growth opportunityJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse RN to join our Primary Care / Family Med team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting.   • Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Perform physical assessments, administer medications, and assist with medical procedures
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients with chronic conditions
  • Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environmentQualifications:
    • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice in the state
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting ideal
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
