LPN opening - immediate start (Flex Shifts) Our client, a well-known veterans care facility located in Chelsea is looking to hire several LPN's immediately! This is an exciting opportunity utilizing your strong clinical skills while working with a team of nurses. The client runs a personalized training program and team oriented environment. Responsibilities include: - Educating and supporting members and families regarding benefits, eligibility, policies and processes with the goal to empower self-advocacy. - Carries out other duties related to the care, treatment, stabilization and rehabilitation of mentally ill patients - Collaborating with physician reviewers, case managers, project leaders and associates to optimize member care - Understanding and appropriately managing member's benefits to maximize health care quality. - Performs clerical duties, such as filing, making out requisitions and collecting data to make sure records stay accurate Qualifications include: - 1-3 years of clinical experience as a LPN - LPN with an active professional license. - Any experience working with elderly patients is preferred - Bilingual fluency is a plus but not required If you're interested, please submit a resume ASAP For questions, please call 617-250-1000.
