Job Description:

NFI Massachusetts Inc, a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking a seasoned manager to serve in the role of Assistant Program Director for one of its DDS Residential programs specializing in adults with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) located in Haverhill, MA

The program offers residents a full range of services including assistance with activities of daily living, recreational opportunities, individual support, transportation, and coordination of medical needs and services. The goal of the program is to enable adults to live in a least restrictive setting, to offer the maximum level of independence, and to fully engage in community life.

The Assistant Program Director will assist the Program Director in the administrative, programmatic and clinical aspects of the program.

Essential skills include:

Fiscal management.
Administrative excellence.
Incident response and investigation,
Policy implementation.
Trouble-shooting.
Supervision and development of staff.
Communication with families, funding and licensing representatives.
Ability to support all agency initiatives and respond to multiple stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates will possess two years of supervisory experience working with similar population.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must.
Schedule requires a level of flexibility.
Bachelor's degree preferred

Starting Salary: $45,000

Benefits for full time employees include: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 403(b) Retirement Plan, 3 weeks paid vacation time, Paid Sick Leave and Tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per fiscal year
