Ascendo Resources is assisting one of our clients to hire for a
hybrid Talent Acquisition Manager position in Haverhill,
Massachusetts. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be
responsible for the planning and development of our recruiting
strategies and diversity programs. This includes the development of
local, Regional and companywide recruiting plans, developing
training programs to educate employees and management team

Responsibilities and requirements for this Job include:
-Develop and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures
for recruitment, selection, and job placement.
-Works with management to understand current and future workforce
needs and identify improvements to staffing processes like sourcing
-Plan and direct activities to carry out functions such as
developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants,
evaluating applicant qualifications, scheduling and conducting
interviews, administering tests, and performing reference,
background checks (if required), ensuring I-9 information is in
order, and oversee employment immigration matters.
-Developing a uniform web-based orientation program for new
-Continuing to work with local and upper management to ensure
training program remains current and satisfies business needs
-Training hiring managers on the policies and procedures covered in
the orientation and other training programs.
-Develop policy statements, training programs, internal and
external communication techniques and audit/reporting system
regarding the company's Diversity Program.
-Manage equal employment opportunity programs in compliance with
all federal and state laws.
Identify the areas where diversity can be enhanced. Design and
implement individual, team, and organizational needs assessment in
the area of diversity awareness.
-2-4 years of experience in multi-state organization recruitment
preferably in restaurant or retail.
-Experience with applicant tracking systems
-Development and management of diversity programs, or equivalent
combination of education and experience (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in
Business, Human Resources, or related field.
This position will have a salary range of $75-$95k with a
competitive commission structure and full benefits package.
