Job Description:
You will be the Microelectronics Assembler with Lockheed Martin
Missiles & Fire Control in Chelmsford, MA. Our team is responsible
for producing high?precision hybrid microcircuits and
sub?assemblies that enable advanced electronic systems. What You
Will Be Doing As the Microelectronics Assembler your
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Performs
disassembly, assembly, modification, rework and repair operations
on various pre-production subassemblies, assemblies and complete
systems that utilize integrated circuit technology. Performs the
above operations after the units have been rejected by testing and
are sent back with test failure sheets, isolating the problem area.
Plans work sequence by interpreting schematic diagrams or other
specifications. Records and summarizes data and procedural steps
taken to assist engineering in the development and preparation of
procedural specifications required for assembly. Performs
fabrication or modification tasks on micro-integrated circuit

CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires
special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a
Secret clearance. A company?sponsored interim Secret clearance is
required to start. Basic Qualifications Basic computer skills
required, including ability to navigate digital systems for
timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation. Strong
attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics. Knowledge of
ESD procedures and equipment. Strong work ethic and a reputation
for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in
their role. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain
and maintain a Secret clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
Desired skills Ability to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $39,200 - $69,115. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at

for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of
Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $45,100 - $75,210. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
