Job Description:

Principal Electronics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in
developing innovative electronic systems that enhance building
efficiency and security. Your expertise in electronics engineering
will drive the progression of our cutting-edge solutions, directly
impacting customer satisfaction and environmental goals. Lead the
design and development of new electronic systems and products for
building automation and control. Supervise a team of engineers and
oversee all phases of the engineering lifecycle, from concept
through production. Ensure products meet all necessary
specifications and regulatory standards. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including product management, manufacturing,
and sales to deliver project objectives. Provide technical
leadership in electronics disciplines, mentoring junior engineers
and supporting their technical development. Manage and optimize
project budgets and timelines. Stay abreast of industry trends and
advancements in electronics and building technology. Expertise in
electronic circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Proficient in digital and analog system development. Strong skills
in PCB design software such as Altium Designer or Eagle. Experience
with microcontroller-based control systems and firmware
development. Fluency in system simulation and modeling tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking. Excellent
communication and leadership skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional
Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certified in Lean Six Sigma is a
plus.
