Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1 years BCBA
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time opportunity is
available for two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to
support elementary school students in the Springfield, MA area.
This contract position spans the current school year and is ideal
for experienced professionals passionate about making a meaningful
difference in educational settings. Location: Springfield,
Massachusetts Setting: Elementary Schools Job Type: Full-time
Contract (Current School Year) Caseload Size: Approximately 40
students per BCBA Responsibilities: - Provide Applied Behavior
Analysis (ABA) services to elementary school students - Collaborate
with educators and support staff to develop and implement
individualized behavior intervention plans - Monitor student
progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Maintain
accurate documentation and compliance with school policies and
regulations - Attend relevant meetings and participate in team
planning Qualifications: - Valid BCBA license required - Proven
experience working in school settings, particularly with
elementary-aged children - Strong communication and collaboration

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.42 to $65.42.
