This residency is designed for graduates who aim to transition from educational preparation to professional practice with the guidance and support necessary to solidify their skills and knowledge. Residents will experience a variety of medical settings, receive mentorship from experienced nursing staff, and participate in educational workshops that enhance clinical competencies. Transition into professional practice under the supervision and guidance of seasoned nursing professionals. Assist with patient assessment and care planning. Implement nursing care plans and effectively communicate patient needs and changes. Attend and actively participate in learning sessions and simulation labs. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide top-tier compassionate care. Ensure the highest level of patient safety and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability to diverse and dynamic clinical environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Must pass the NCLEX-RN exam prior to the start of the residency. Current CPR certification preferred.
