Effectively handle queries regarding Fidelity’s products and
services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Guide
customers through account setup, product options, and investment
strategies by providing accurate and comprehensive information.
Resolve customer issues promptly by troubleshooting, effective
issue escalation, and follow-through until resolution. Collaborate
with various internal teams to ensure a cohesive client experience
and the accurate administration of accounts. Maintain and update
customer information within our databases, ensuring compliance with
data protection standards. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to decipher financial information accurately
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM)
software Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution
