Artist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine textures, shaders, and lighting setups to
achieve the desired look
Collaborate with the art and VFX teams to ensure visual consistency
across all assets
Ensure that all look development elements align with the project's
creative direction
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Look Development Artist with a strong
portfolio
Proficiency in software such as Maya, Houdini, or Substance
Painter
Strong understanding of material creation, lighting, and rendering
techniques
Ability to achieve both photorealistic and stylized looks depending
on project needs
Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying
timelines
